I'm still alive - and still caged.

 Good Morning All,

its been a long time, sorry for that, but unfortunately my planned retirement/ life slow down became more of a forced change of pace, as Madam mentioned in her last post.

Well there has been some improvement in my health which has been great, but it has been rather slow and at times confusing on how best to recover.

We have been in the new home for a year now and it is getting to a stage where we are happy with it, there is still a lot of work to be done but this is something that does keep me busy/ occupied.  I would have had the main works complete but......well you can understand that it has been a bit of a struggle

But what about our FLR, well it is alive and well but we have made a few adjustments, nothing drastic or massive so. where we now live is very nice but we are do have neighbours closer that we had at the previous house but we do have the benefit of some hedges and a few trees that help to obscure the view and does pretty much allows us to have privacy but we still have to be a bit more careful and subtle about what and how we do things.

On chastity, I spent a number of months having control over my key as I was going back and forth to doctors and to hospitals on a regular basis often not knowing what was going to be done in terms of tests and scans.  However there is a certain discipline of only removing your cage just before leaving the house and attending an appointment and then getting back through the door of the house and refitting the cage.

But as things are starting to settle down and there are less visits on the medical side, the keys are now firmly back in the possession and control of Madam.

We have also had to settle into new routines, we are now close to all of Madam's family, generally they are all within 20 to 30 minutes of us (depending on the time of day due to traffic.). We've had to create a set of ground rules which is that they need to give us warning if they are coming over to visit.  The problem that we had was that for some members of the family they thought this was optional and I have to say Madam was bloody furious with her Mother when she would 'just pop' over, creating chaos to our plans and activities.  Thankfully I was able to stall Mother in Law in the living room while Madam hid in the bedroom and changed her outfit!!

Thankfully we seem to have them trained but it has been a struggle.

I'm also very grateful to Carol and Kerri for the way they have helped myself and Madam over the last year.  Madam has been away for a couple of weekends with Carol as a couple and it has done her the world of good and back in May Kerri took me away for a weekend in Bruge, which is a lovely place, while it was a more Vanilla type of break it was good to be wandering about the historic city with a very lovely TV girlfriend on my arm (or perhaps I was on her arm???) but there was frustration as we had both been caged by our respective Mistresses before departure.

So there we are, I think I'm on the mend and being the home maker/housekeeper while Madam is keeping very busy with her work.  while I may not be in a maids uniform all day I am maintaining standards by being dressed appropriately for someone of my status in a FLR.

There you go, an update and hopefully I can start to get back into a routine of blogging and updating you on what we are up to.

Thank you for staying with us despite the long period of silence, it was all down to me and my lack of energy.  Hope to hear some feedback and to start on the next post.
